We are looking for an ambitious and curious Trainee to join our team and gain hands-on experience across multiple departments through a structured rotational program.

Program Overview:
This 6-month rotational traineeship is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want a comprehensive understanding of how a lifestyle brand operates. Every two months, you will rotate to a new department, gaining experience and insights into different areas of our business. By the end of the program, you will have a broad skill set and the foundation to grow your career at Studio FLORAFLORA.

Departments Included in the Rotation:

  • Marketing & Social Media: Develop campaigns, manage our online presence, and analyze performance.

  • Sales & Customer Relations: Learn about client management, sales strategies, and relationship building.

  • Creative & Design: Assist with product personalization, content creation, and design projects.

  • Operations & Project Management: Understand workflow, logistics, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in daily tasks within each department

  • Contribute ideas and support ongoing projects

  • Collaborate with team members and learn from experienced professionals

  • Document learnings and provide feedback for program improvement

  • Present a final project or report summarizing your rotations and key takeaways

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field (recent graduates welcome)

  • Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
