Job Description:
 As the Online Marketing Manager at Studio FLORAFLORA, you will develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales across all online channels. You will work closely with our creative team to ensure our digital presence reflects our unique brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising

  • Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and Pinterest

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and recommend improvements

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content aligned with our brand

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to keep Studio FLORAFLORA ahead of the curve

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or online campaign management

  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, PPC, and email campaigns

  • Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
