Job Description:
 As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of Studio FLORAFLORA, optimizing processes, coordinating between departments, and ensuring efficiency and quality in our production and fulfillment. You will play a key role in scaling our operations to meet growing demand while maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, and fulfillment

  • Streamline workflows and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency

  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects between creative, production, and marketing teams

  • Manage inventory, suppliers, and vendor relationships

  • Monitor quality control to ensure all products meet brand standards

  • Prepare operational reports and KPIs for management

  • Support scaling of operations and planning for growth initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a lifestyle, retail, or creative environment

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and project management abilities

  • Experience with inventory management, supply chain, and vendor coordination

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
