Job Description:
 As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure our products reach the right audience and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and retailers

  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth

  • Monitor sales performance and report on KPIs to management

  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and promotions

  • Lead and mentor a small sales team (if applicable)

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to represent the brand

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in lifestyle, retail, or personalized products

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on opportunities

  • Ability to analyze sales data and optimize performance
